Front Desk Receptionist: The receptionist' primary responsibilities include serving as the "front line" representative of our hospital, to direct and coordinate daily hospital activities, to perform record keeping duties, clerical duties related to patient care and client service, accurate collection of fees, to be able to educate clients on routine and preventive healthcare, and to promote our services and products for optimum pet healthcare.
Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Avimark is a PLUS! We can train on our procedures, protocols, products and computer system; we cannot train being a team player and having a positive attitude.
CVT/Experienced Veterinary Technician: (Bi-lingual - English/Spanish)
Candidate needs to be enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to excellent client and patient care. Attention to detail and ability to follow direction while multi-tasking a MUST! Also must be reliable, punctual, work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings & Saturdays. Willing to learn and take on an active role in teamwork. Non-Smoker Only.
Responsibilities include but are no limited to: restraining both cats and dogs, running fecals & lab tests, giving injections, drawing blood, taking x-rays, routine dental cleanings, set-up & assist in surgery, as well as all basic technical skills, nursing care and assisting doctors and other staff members, accurately maintaining medical records, cleaning, and interacting with clients, doctors and other team members.
