Emergency Service On-Call 24 hours
Unlike most veterinary hospitals, our veterinarians and staff are available to take your calls for medical emergencies on almost any type of pet, twenty-four hours a ay, seven days a week. In fact, many other facilities refer emergency calls for exotic pets to our office, as they are properly trained and equipped to handle emergencies only for dogs and cats.
If you believe that your pet requires immediate medical attention, simply call our regular office number, 954-389-5656. You will hear a recording with the available emergency number for the veterinarian on call. Call the number and leave a voice message including your name, phone number, and a brief description of the emergency, and the doctor on call will return your call promptly. If you do not receive a response with fifteen minutes, call again, in case the first message was not properly transmitted.
